Adella West

Mrs. Adella Hammock West, age 76, of Temple passed away Friday, February 17, 2012. She was born July 29, 1935 in Bremen the daughter of the late Mr. Ira Hammock and the late Mrs. Lynn Cash Hammock. She worked for Arrow Shirt Company in Bremen as a folder for many years. She attended Temple Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two sons, John Mark West and David Lewis West. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Grady Hunt of Temple; sister Amanda Rainey of Bremen; brothers, Doyle Hammock, Carrollton, Randall Hammock, Carrolton, Fred Hammock of Atlanta; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, February 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica. Interment will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery in Temple.
