Albert Roy Menard

Mr. Albert Roy Menard, age 68, of Winston, Georgia, passed away, Saturday, October 17, 2009. He was born September 2, 1941 in Rayne, Louisiana. He worked as an oil field mechanic and enjoyed wood work, gardening and grass planting. Mr. Menard was of the Catholic faith. In addition to his mother, Odile Gary, Mr. Menard was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Rose Terro Menard Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and Michael Touchet of Douglasville, Christine and Talmadge Richard of Winston and Cindy Bourque of Rayne, Louisiana; his sons and daughters-in-law, Jody and Cheryl Menard of Youngsville, Louisiana, Jamie and Robin Menard of Rayne, Louisiana and Jeremy Menard, also of Rayne, Louisiana; 19 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 6:00PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglasville. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Rayne, Louisiana. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 4:00PM until the funeral hour.
