Alice Marcelle Sheets

Mrs. Alice Marcelle Waldrop Sheets , 81, of Acworth, Georgia passed away Monday, October 15, 2007 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. Mrs. Sheets was born July 20, 1926 in Roswell, Georgia; the daughter of the late Fred Waldrop and the late Addie Marie Keith Waldrop. Mrs. Sheets worked as an accountant for Continental Insurance Company and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter T. Sheets, Jr.; and brother, Frank Waldrop. Survivors include daughters, Brenda Sue Clark, Charlene Ann Walker, and Sandra Marie Eaton, all of Acworth; sisters, Betty Kimball of Lithia Springs, and Mary Butler of Douglasville; brothers, Fred Waldrop of Villa Rica, and Eli Waldrop of Lithia Springs; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia with Minister James Cook officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia Tuesday, October 16, 2007 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
