Alonza Dozier

Al DozierMr. Alonza “Al” Dozier, age 83, of Villa Rica, passed away, Saturday, February 1, 2014. The son of the late Mr. Frank Dozier, Sr. and the late Nettie Mae Dozier, was born in Newcastle, Al. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sara Hill Dozier, and four children; daughter, Celia Jackson; son and daughter-in-law, Alonza Eric and Anita Dozier; daughter and son-in-law, Jacquelyn and Reginald Butler; son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Lisa Dozier; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Mary J. Bush and a host of nieces and nephews. According to Mr. Dozier’s wishes he was cremated. Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date.
