Andrew Nathangle Williams, Jr., 51, of Douglasville, passed away on March 7, 2025. Andrew was born on September 29, 1973 to Anna Billings Harris and the late Andrew Nathangle Williams, Sr.. Andrew dedicated over 25 years to the art of barbering and he was a man who balanced his professional life with his aspirations of becoming a truck driver, reflecting his willingness to embrace new challenges.

Andrew was family-oriented, a trait that defined much of his life. He was a great dad, who was devoted to his family.

A sports fan, Andrew's heart belonged to the Raiders. As a businessman and entrepreneur, he had a visionary mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities and challenges, inspired by his belief that “if you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”. Beyond his professional and familial commitments, Andrew loved his pet snakes, which he cared for with great affection.

Andrew Nathangle Williams, Jr. will be remembered not just as a master barber or an aspiring truck driver, but as a father, friend, and a vibrant member of his community. His spirit and values will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him.

In addition to his father, Andrew is preceded in death by his sister, Crystal Harris.

He is survived by his mother, Anna Billings Harris and step-father, James Alexander Harris; daughters, Amani Palmer, Alyra Williams, Alyshia Williams and step-daughter Ricarri Williams; son, AJ Williams; grandchildren, Anissa Palmer, Aubrey Palmer and Amour Palmer as well as his nephew, Seth Greene.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville.
