Anita Reeves

Mrs. Anita Jo McBrayer Reeves, age 92, of Temple, passed away, Thursday, October 5, 2017. She was born December 13, 1924, in Draketown the daughter of the late Mr. Leonard Bryan McBrayer and the late Mrs. Bess Mae Eaves McBrayer. She was an avid gardener who loved to fish day and night. Anita also enjoyed horseback riding, singing and playing the piano. She is survived by her husband, John Robert Reeves of Temple; daughters and son-in-law, Judy Hoffman of Draketown, Susan and Ronald Welborn of Ft. Worth, TX; grandchildren, Nina and Paul Cash, Camille and Steve Pinkos, Ron and Lizzie Welborn, Victoria Welborn, Alicia and Michael White, Ethan Allen Lewis, and Micah Adam Lewis; 13 great-grandchildren, Knox, Cade, and Ivy Cash, Channing, Lyla, and Dutch Pinkos, Ella, Carlyle, Eaves, and Wyndsor Welborn, Evan and Sage White, and Adalyn Lewis.Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 2:00 PM from Draketown Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Wendell Rush officiating. Interment will follow at Draketown Baptist Church Cemetery.
