Anna Bell "Ann" Creel

Mrs. Anna Bell “Ann” Creel, 80, of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Heartland Hospice in Austell, Georgia. She was born October 1, 1928 in Alpharetta, Milton County (now part of Fulton County), Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James B. Williams. She was of the Baptist faith. She worked as a secretary for many years and then as a Pink Lady volunteer for Atlanta West Hospital and homemaker for the remainder of her life. She was devoted to her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Williams, and her sister, Izetta Williams Allen. She is survived by her husband, W. Floyd Creel; daughters and son-in-law, Jo Anna Creel, Janet Creel Jones and Randall Jones of Lithia Springs; 6 grandchildren, Toni Bell Hanson, Stephen Creel, Chris Jones, Justin Jones, Tyler Jones, and Scott Jones; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 5:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Marion Beaver and Rev. Neil Aubrey officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel in Douglasville, Friday, October 17, 2008, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
