Anna Hampton

Mrs. Anna Marie Fischbach Hampton, 72 of Villa Rica, GA passed away, Friday, June 3, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born September 25, 1943 in Atlanta, GA the daughter of the late, Ralph Fischbach and the late Imalee Vernon Fischbach. She is a retired Business Agent for the Labor Union of the International Brotherhood of Firemen and Oilers. She was a member of the Villa Rica First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Laura George. Survivors include her husband, Gary A. Hampton of Villa Rica, one son, Joseph Anthony “Tony” Bishop of Temple, stepdaughter, Jennifer D. Sikes of Waycross, step son, Jeffrey A. Hampton of Powder Springs, step grandchildren, Christina Deaux of Nashville, Jeffrey Hampton of Atlanta, Kellie Abernathy of Waycross, step great grandchildren, Evan Abernathy and Owen Wiley Deaux. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Joe Tanner and Rev. James Smith officiating.
