Anna Florence Hatfield

Anna Florence Morgan Hatfield, 81, of Villa Rica, passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. She was born on March 13, 1941, in Clearfork, West Virginia. She is the daughter of the late Lewis Bailey Morgan and the late Leona Mae Barnett Morgan.

Anna loved and cherished time with her family and she was a well-known cook. She enjoyed playing Bingo, trivia and loved going to the salon to be pampered. She was a BIG fan of Elvis Presley’s music.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Hatfield and her brother, Charles Edward Morgan. She is survived by her daughter, Christi Acord of Bremen, Georgia; sons, Franklin and Denise Acord, Jr. of Carrollton, Georgia, Quentin and Phyllis Acord of Villa Rica, Georgia; sister Ruby and Steve Cox of Lynco, West Virginia; brother, Earl “Buddy” and Connie Morgan of Pineville, West Virginia; eight grandchildren, Brittani, Lauren, Courtni, Ciera, Franklin, Stephanie, Quentin, and Devin; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

In accordance with her wishes, she was cremated. An inurnment will take place at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will hold a Memorial Service on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM at Deeper Life Christian Center.
