Annie Murlene Smith

Mrs. Annie Murlene Strickland Smith, age 78, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 11, 2007 at Wellstar Douglas Hospital. She was born February 19, 1929 in Douglas County, Georgia. Mrs. Smith was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. Mrs. Smith is survived by Daughters; Patricia King and Judy Tucker both of Douglasville, Sons; Harold Smith of Fairburn and Larry Smith of Douglasville, a Brother; Willard Strickland of Temple, seven Grandchildren; fourteen Greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday May 14, 2007 at11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Georgia with Reverend Ikey Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens Douglasville, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel on Sunday, May 13, 2007 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
