Annie Phillips

Mrs. Annie Burr Arrowood Phillips, age 89 of Douglasville, formally of Albany, Georgia passed away Friday, July 1, 2011. She was born November 6, 1921 the daughter of the late Mrs. John Ross Arrowood and the late Mrs. Cora Jones Arrowood. She worked for Dougherty County School System as a secretary. She attended Midway Macedonia Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Oscar Phillips, Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jim Reed of Temple; son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Rebecca Phillips of Ewell, Maryland; three grandchildren, Amanda Shepherd, Meagan Crankshaw and William Gregory Barnette; two great-grandchildren, Rylee Shepherd and Gunner Crankshaw.
