Anthony Russell "Rusty" Tucker

Mr. Anthony Russell "Rusty" Tucker, age 56, of Douglasville, passed away, Monday, December 16, 2019. He was born December 12, 1963 in Austell the son of the late Mr. James Preston "Buck" Tucker and the late Mrs. Lillian Kate Holcomb Tucker. Mr. Tucker worked for US Foods for many years. He enjoyed bowling, motocross, University of Georgia football, and old cars. He loved his kids and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Preston "Junior" Tucker. He is survived by his wife, Denise Stevens Tucker of Douglasville; daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Bobby Scogin of Winston, Kayla and James Ragsdale of Douglasville, Abby Tucker of Douglasville; son, Jacob Tucker of Douglasville; three grandchildren, Adley Grace Scogin, Hazel Ragsdale, Ryder Zane Scogin; step-father, Jimmy Triplett of Winston; father-in-law, Pete Stevens of Douglasville; brother-in-law Pete and Rhonda Stevens of Douglasville; brothers, Ronnie Tucker and Michael Tucker; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville.
