Arthur Huddleston

Arthur Huddleston, 72, of Villa Rica, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. He was born on April 10, 1952, the son of the late Grady Lee Huddleston and the late Betty Florence Skipper Huddleston.

In his free time, Arthur found solace in the mountains, particularly in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Apart from his mountain adventures, he enjoyed wrestling, NASCAR, and football. His enthusiasm for putt-putt and climbing lighthouses added a sense of adventure to his life. Arthur was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Ann House and Mary Ann Jordan.

He is survived by his wife Donna Jean Hudson Huddleston; son, Brian Huddleston of Temple; step-son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Sharise Sleasman of Villa Rica; sister, Marie Simmons of Carrollton; brother and sister-in-law, Junior and Glenda Huddleston of Villa Rica; several nieces and nephews also survive

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the Jones-Wynn Villa Rica Chapel. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens.

The following will serve as pallbearers: Bobby Costley, Danny Pugh, Shane Winters, Dillon Swan, Jason Waddell, and  Amit Patel.
