Bailey Cruse

November 13, 2009 — February 16, 2026

Bailey Love Cruse, age 16, of Villa Rica, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 16, 2026, holding her parents' hands in prayer. Born on November 13, 2009, she was the cherished daughter of Brad and Erin Cruse.

Bailey was a vibrant soul who left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She lived life with unapologetic passion and purpose, possessing a rare ability to find beauty in the smallest moments. With a smile that could light up any room and laughter that was truly infectious, she shared her joy freely with the world.

Bailey exemplified strength and character. Beautiful, confident, and outspoken, she was more than just a beloved daughter and friend; she was a voice for the unheard. She had a remarkable gift for uplifting those around her, always championing the underdog and ensuring everyone felt seen and valued.

Though an only child, Bailey’s loyalty and fierce love created family wherever she went. She held a special place in her heart for her dear friends, who were like her sisters in every way that mattered. Together, they shared a lifetime of adventures and laughter. Her love also extended to her boyfriend, Dawson and a wide circle of friends who considered her the kind of person everyone hopes to have in their corner.

Bailey’s compassion for living things knew no bounds. Her family fondly remembers her bringing a baby calf into the house for three days to keep it safe from the cold—a testament to her gentle spirit. She was a girl of diverse passions, whether she was spending time at the lake, admiring big jacked-up trucks, or listening to an ever-changing playlist of her favorite music.

In addition to her parents, Brad and Erin, she is survived by her beloved dogs, Cardi (a Pitbull mix) and Swamp (a Silver Lab), her boyfriend Dawson as well as her extended family and many cherished friends.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life at a later date. In honor of Bailey’s bright personality, those attending are asked to please wear her favorite color, pink.
