Barbara "Bobbie" Carroll

Mrs. Barbara “Bobbie” Jean Henry Carroll, age 76, of Douglasville, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013. She was born April 1, 1937 in Fulton County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Clarence Andrew Jackson Henry and the late Mrs. Ruby Estelle Vandiver Henry. She was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Carlton Henry.She is survived by her husband, James Carroll of Douglasville; daughters and sons-in-law, LaWanda and Chris Lunsford of Winston, Deborah and Todd Ellis of Heflin, AL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Guy Seals of Hiram, Lorene and Johnny Amandolia of Austell, Jane Garland of Lithia Springs, Mayris and Grover Tatum of Smyrna; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Faye Henry of Smyrna; four grandchildren, Brandon and Kristi Lunsford of Winston, Brittney Lunsford of Bremen, Alaina and Davan Abney of Temple, Jonathon Ellis of Heflin, AL; four great-grandchildren, Austin Connell of Douglasville, Grant Lunsford of Winston, Kenzlie Radcliff of Bremen and Kason Mickle of Bremen. Several nieces and nephews also survive.The family will receive friends from Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Landmon officiating and speaker, Mr. Chris Lunsford. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The following nephews will serve as pallbearers, Doug Tatum, Tim Tatum, Terry Norton, Keith Norton, Al Amandolia, Andy Amandolia, Dr. Brian Saunders, Darrell Garland, James Garland, Dwayne Garland, Darrell Millard, Ritchie Henry, Mark Combs, Boyd Henry and Marvis Norton.
