Barry Brumley

Mr. Barry Brumley, age 55, of Buchanan, Georgia passed away Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Hospice Atlanta. He was born August 9, 1953 in Wyatt, Missouri the son of Mrs. Ellen Murphy Brumley and the late Mr. Ulyes Brumley. He was a member of Tallapoosa East Baptist Church. He worked as the area sales manager for Harris Tire Company in Atlanta. He enjoyed golf and was devoted to his beloved family. He is survived by his wife, Debra Dorsett Brumley of Buchanan; daughter and son-in-law, Lauren and Beau Blauser of Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan Joshua and Eva Kamal Brumley of Atlanta; his mother, Ellen Murphy Brumley of Sikeston, MO; sisters and brother-in-law, Teresa and Bill Delong of Snellville and Kimberly Brumley of Memphis; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Diane Brumley of Sikeston, MO; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 3:00 PM from the Tallapoosa East Baptist Church with Rev. Ronnie Holmes and Rev. W.A. Ivie officiating. Mr. Brumley will lie in state at the church from 2:30 PM until the funeral hour. Interment will follow at Tallapoosa East Church Cemetery with the following serve as pallbearers: Todd Moore, Scott Moore, Nicholas Mays, Tyler Mooney, Douglas Bailey, Caleb Dorsett and Darick Bailey. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Monday, July 20, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
