Barry Richard Evans, Sr., 50, of Herrell Road, Villa Rica, GA passed away, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness. He was born August 17, 1966 in Villa Rica, GA. He was a truck driver for Atlas Van Lines. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Richard Evans, mother, Linda Hope Etheridge, brother, Mark Evans, sister, Tabatha Evans and granddaughter, Alyssa Marie Evans. Survivors include his wife, Brandy Tammy Gillespie Evans of Villa Rica, sons, Anthony Evans and Barry Richard, “B.J.” Evans, Jr. both of Villa Rica, daughter, Audrey Clare Gillespie of Villa Rica, sisters, Sabrina Evans of Buchanan, Crystal Evans of Villa Rica and Brandi White of Carrollton, grandchildren, Dakota Molton, Raini Molton, Madison Molton, William Landon Evans, Kaydence Arabell Evans and Nora Faith Evans. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Friday, December 30, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Glenn Memorial Garden.
