Benton Henry Williams

Benton H. Williams Benton Henry Williams, 79, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 07, 2008 at Vista Care in Atlanta. Mr. Williams was born October 6, 1928 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; the son of the late Benton and Mary Williams. Mr. Williams was a retired salesman and a member of the Presbyterian Church. Mr. Williams was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean conflict. Mr. Williams enjoyed spending time playing golf, reading and doing puzzles. He was a member of the Fairfield Country Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Scott Williams. Survivors include his loving wife, Catherine Williams of Villa Rica; daughter, Cynthia Williams of Villa Rica; brother and sister in-law, Earl and Jean Williams of Punta Gorda, Florida; and grandson, Christopher Williams of Villa Rica. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 11:00 AM from the Fairfield Plantation Country Club in Villa Rica, Georgia with Celebrant Glenn P. Gilmore officiating.
