Bertha "Bea" Watts Hamilton

Mrs. Bertha Lillian Watts Hamilton, age 82, of Villa Rica, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014. She was born March 1, 1932 in Valley, AL the daughter of the late Mr. Andrew Jackson Watts and the late Mrs. Lou Alice Hale Watts. She owned and operated Bea’s Produce in Villa Rica for 36 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers, J. C. Watts, Johnny Watts and infant brother Watts. She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Frank and Vickie Hamilton, Jr. of Villa Rica, Tom Hamilton of Villa Rica, Jimmy Hamilton of Villa Rica; one grandchild, Alyson and Josh Posey of Birmingham; two great grandchildren, Stephen Boyd and Emmy Leigh Boyd of Birmingham. Several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will conducted Friday, July 18, 2014 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Carrollton City Cemetery.
