Bertha Mae Simon

Mrs. Bertha Mae Simon, age 86, of Carrollton, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. She was born April 3, 1935 in Thibodaux, LA the daughter of the late Mr. Luke Landry and the late Mrs. Olga Landry. Mrs. was a homemaker and a member of the Villa Rica Church of Christ. In addition to her parents , she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Harris Simon; brothers, George Landry, Nolan Landry, Scurley Landry; sisters, Hosible Marse , and Linda Bernard. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Erit and Donald Legendre of Villa Rica; sister, Loretta Zeringue of LA; three grandchildren, Lance Legendre, Lonnie Legendre, Laten and Dawn Legendre; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, October 22, 2021 at 3:00 PM from Villa Rica Church of Christ.
