Mrs. Bertha Glenn Morrow, 79, of Temple, Georgia passed away Friday, July 18, 2014 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice. She was born march 19, 1935 in Villa Rica, Georgia. She married William Glen Morrow on September 23, 1952 in Phenix City, Alabama. She was a homemaker and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. She was a caregiver by heart and enjoyed taking care of her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed canning vegetables. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Vennis Glenn Maynard and Phillip Maynard; brother, John Maynard and sister, Judy Maynard Freeman. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, William Glen Morrow of Temple; one son, William David Morrow of Temple; one granddaughter, Maegan Morrow; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, July 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor Billy Swift, Pastor Bobby Smallwood and Pastor Anthony Osborn officiating. Musical selections will be provided by Kenneth Johns. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica. The following will serve as pallbearers: Bill Couch, Gabriel Stein, Gary Hicks, Kim Curl, Chris Singleton, and Mike Bryce. Honorary pallbearer will be David Bivins.
