Betty Hulme

Mrs. Betty Charping Hulme, age 81, of Lithia Springs, passed away, Saturday, October 3, 2015. She was born April 17, 1934 in Elberton, GA the daughter of the late Mr. Roy Charping and the late Mrs. Cecil Elizabeth Daniel Charping. She was a very thoughtful person always putting others before herself. She was a registered nurse at Cobb General for many years in the operating room. Mrs. Hulme loved her family very much. She loved to travel and read. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Douglas Hulme; son-in-law, Michael Warren; sister, Janice Colston; brother-in-law, Fred Gulley.She is survived by her daughter, Tessie Warren of Wedowee, AL; sister, June Gulley of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, David and Anna Warren of Douglasville, Spencer and Becky Warren of Douglasville; great-grandchildren, Jaci Warren and Hannah Warren both of Douglasville; one nephew, Bryan Gulley of Washington, DC.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral in Douglasville Monday, October 5, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Dr. Marion Beaver and Rev. Mike Sinyard officiating.
