Betty Lou Loftin Noles

Mrs. Betty Lou Loftin Noles, age 76, of Douglasville, GA passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020. She was born July 23, 1943 in Carrollton, Georgia , the daughter of the late Dee and Maybell Loftin. Mrs. Betty was a graduate of Bowdon High School and a retired educator from the Douglas County School System. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Douglasville where she was an active participant of the Son Riser's Sunday School class. Mrs. Betty was a woman of great faith and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a true southern lady. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Elizabeth Leigh Noles and a brother, Clifton Loftin. Mrs. Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Weems Richard Noles of Winston, Georgia; two daughters, Vicki Noles (Greg) Rogers of Ephesus, Georgia and Leigh Ann Noles Dial of Douglasville, Georgia; three granddaughters, Hannah Elizabeth Rogers, Sarah Grace Rogers and Josephine "Josie" Maybelle Dial; three brothers, Jim (Susie) Loftin of Gulfport, Mississippi, Durell Loftin of Senoia, Georgia and Bobby (Sue) Loftin of Hernandez, Florida; and a number of nieces and nephews. Per Mrs. Betty's wishes, she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held after the gathering restrictions are lifted. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
