Betty Louise Kelley Loper

Mrs. Betty Louise Kelley Loper, age 81 of the Clem Community in Carrollton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021. She was born September 7, 1939 in Mitton, Florida, the daughter of the late Mr. Charles David Kelley and the late Mrs. Clois Clark Kelley. Mrs. Loper worked in many Carrollton restaurants. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Loper; her daughter, Cindy Allman; her brothers, Tommy Kelley, Jerry Kelley and Buddy Kelley; and her sister, Ann Joiner. Mrs. Loper is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Charlie Allman of Clem, Richard and Joy Allman of Clem and Danny and Monet Allman of Columbia, South Carolina; two brothers, James Kelley and Aaron Kelley, both of Pea Ridge, Florida; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren also survive.
