Betty Louise McGuire Bell

July 16, 1935 — March 12, 2010

Mrs. Betty Louise McGuire Bell, age 74, went to be with Jesus on Friday, March 12, 2010 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. She was born July 16, 1935, the daughter of the late Mr. James F. McGuire and Mrs. Ollie Davis McGuire, who she affectionately called “Mama and Daddy Bud”. She married Albert Dee Bell, Jr. on May 11, 1953. She worked for the school system in Fulton County as a Cafeteria Manager for many years where she later retired. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Albert Dee Bell on August 27, 2007. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Pete Stankovich of McDonough, Karen and Mark Hatley of Douglasville; Son and daughter-in-law David and Melissa Bell of Temple; brother and sister-in-law, Buddy and Judy Young of Alpharetta; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Evelyn Bell of Toccoa, Louise Spearman of Whitesburg, Robert Wallace of Palmetto; grandchildren, Michael and Laura Weaver, Brian Weaver, Brandon Weaver, Melanie Stankovich, Adam Stankovich, Brittany Bell, Brandy Bell, Bethany Bell, Stephanie Bell, and Candice Bell; great grandchildren, Chloe Weaver, Emery Elizabeth Bell and Christian Thompson. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Service will be conducted Monday, March 15, 2010 at 3:00 PM from the First Baptist Church of Villa Rica with Rev. Jeff Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan, with Rev. Ronnie Bennett officiating. Mrs. Bell will be placed in the church Monday, March 15, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Messages of condolence to the family may be sent from www.jones-wynn.com.
