Betty Ann Patterson

Betty Ann Patterson, age 77, of LaGrange, passed away, Monday, August 8, 2022. She was born March 27, 1945 in Atlanta, Georgia, daughter of the late Mr. Olin Beavers Northcutt and the late Mrs. Ruby Lee Strickland. Mrs. Patterson spent a lot of time working on the family farm. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and flowers. She loved her family and grandchildren very much.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Douglas Perry Patterson, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas Perry Patterson, Sr.; daughters, Carolyn Wilmot of LaGrange, Barbara (Dennis) Wilmot of Micanopy, Florida, Angela Strickland of Carrollton; sister, Pat (Joe) Daniels of Villa Rica; grandchildren, Cassie Perren, Ethan Wilmot, Bayley Parrish, Joshua Strickland, Johnathan Strickland, Amanda Bierley, Madison Wilson, Hali Patterson, Kelsi Bagwell, Logan Patterson and Katelyn Patterson; and twelve great grandchildren.

Family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The funeral service will follow at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville at 11:30 AM with Rev. Randy Shirley officiating.
