Billie McSwain

Mrs. Billie Deanne McSwain, age 58, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018. She was born January 8, 1960, the daughter of the late Mr. Billy Ray McSwain and Mrs. Sylvia Lea Waddell McSwain. She worked for the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department for 13 years in the records department. She loved her job and was a very hard worker.She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Cheyenne Carroll of Dallas; nephew, Sean Austin Carroll of Dallas.Funeral services will be conducted at the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Friday, December 7, 2018 at 2:00PM with Chaplain Luke Pollock officiating.
