Billy Joe Hulsey

Mr. Billy Joe Hulsey, age 78 of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021. He was born March 27, 1942 in Dallas, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. Grover Roosevelt Hulsey and the late Mrs. Myrtle Florene Watts. Mr. Hulsey loved spending as much time as he could with his family. Mr. Hulsey was of the Christian faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Marie Henslee Hulsey, brother, Dean Hulsey; sisters, Linda Jean Davidson, Mary Louise Turner and Hazel Hicks. Mr. Hulsey is survived by sisters, Mattie Henslee of Douglasville, Georgia, Bessie Henslee of Villa Rica, Georgia, Jenn Adams of Douglasville, Georgia, Evelyn Kelly of Powder Springs; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
