Billy Nichols

Mr. Billy Stevie Nichols, age 55, of Lithia Springs, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2014. He was born August 31, 1959 in Atlanta the son of the late Mr. Marvin Jim Nichols and Mrs. Mattie I. Minter Nichols. He worked for Georgia Steel for many years. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Nichols. He is survived by his long time girlfriend, Jarra Waddle and her daughter, Shannon Waddle; his daughters, Andrea Nesbitt of Villa Rica, Lea Nichols of Douglasville; mother, Mattie I. Minter Nichols of Lithia Springs; sisters, Pat Wilkinson of Lithia Springs, Mattie Adams of Douglasville brothers, Larry Nichols of Douglasville, Jimmy Nichols of Lithia Springs; three granddaughters, Nora, Ella, and Claira Nesbitt of Villa Rica; and his furry companion , Rowdy; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville Monday, December 1, 2014 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, December 1, 2014 at 4:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. David Chaffin officiating.
