Billy Ray Brown

Mr. Billy Brown, 52, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell. Mr. Brown was born February 3, 1955 in Greenville, Mississippi, the son of William Brown and the late Jacqueline Hutton Brown. Mr. Brown worked in the sales industry and was of the Baptist faith. He loved playing golf and swimming, and enjoyed being outdoors with nature. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tommy Joe Brown. Survivors include his wife, Carol Norsworthy Brown; daughter, Melissa Brown of Dallas; and son and daughter in-law, Michael and Tabitha Brown of Dallas; father and step-mother, William and Sue Brown of Downsville, Louisiana; sisters and brothers in-law, Lorene and Terry Rogers of Dallas, Margaret and Derrick Basey of Downsville, Louisiana, Ruby Brown of Downsville, Louisiana, and Estella and Tommy Bandy of Cabot, Arkansas; and one grandchild, Alexis Brown of Dallas. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia with Rev. Danny McIlveene and Rev. Jerry Fleming officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica, Georgia.
