Billy Rowe

Mr. Billy Rex Rowe, age 66, of Carrollton, passed away, November 29, 2018. He was born February 15, 1952 in Frederick, OK the son of the late Mr. Eddie Rowe and the late Mrs. Wanda Jo Hatfield Rowe. He is survived by his daughter Lydia Siven of Carrollton; grandson, Emmett Harper also survives. According to Mr. Rowe’s wished he was cremated.
