Billye Jack (BJ) Fargeson Toney

March 31, 1927 — January 5, 2011

He served in the U.S. Army in the Battery C 879th Field Artillery as a Corporal during World War II. During his military service he served in the Battle of the Bulge, in Normandy, Northern France, Germany and Central Europe. He was devoted to the Lord and the study of the Holy Bible. After extensive study of the Word, he authored a pamphlet titled “What Did God Say About It?”. He was a member of Ephesus Baptist Church in Winston. Mr. Camp retired as a printer from the Atlanta Journal Constitution following 32 years of devoted service. He enjoyed woodworking and making birdhouses. He used his woodworking talents one Christmas to make his only daughter, the jewelry chest of her dreams. He was an avid gardener who enjoyed cultivating flowers and growing vegetables. He was an avid fisherman.
