Bobbie DeBorde

Mrs. Bobbie Jean Hobby DeBorde, age 76, of Carrollton, passed away, Tuesday, May 31, 2016. She was born March 6, 1940 the son of the late Mr. Warren Belton Hobby and the late Mrs. Ester Nettie Wood Hobby. Mrs. DeBorde was homework of the Baptist Faith.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hershel J. DeBorde, Sr.; sisters, Peggy Hobby and Frances Hobby Massenale.She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Dwight and Angie DeBorde of Carrollton, Michael and Janet DeBorde of Riverdale, Jeff and Christie DeBorde, Jr. of Douglasville; sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Charles Dennis of Monticello; great aunt, Pauline Beard of Ashburn; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Saturday, June 4, 2016 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, June 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM.
