Bobbie Nix

Mrs. Bobbie Nell Townley Nix, age 77, Of Villa Rica passed away Friday, October 07, 2011. She was born March 23, 1934 in Marion County, AL the daughter of the late Mrs. Minnie Bell Townley. She worked for Travelers Insurance Company for thirty plus years as an accountant supervisor. Mrs. Nix was a member of the Winfield High School Beta Club, graduating in 1953 with top honors. She was as member of First Baptist Church in Villa Rica. She loved working with children in the AWANA program. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law Bonita and Jerry Denney of Villa Rica, Janet and Ellis Thompson of Villa Rica; sons and daughter-in-law, Billy and Glenda Harrison of Royston, Ken Harrison of Douglasville, David Harrison of Villa Rica, sister, Joy Porter of Mableton; thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, October 9, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, October 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral home in Villa Rica with Rev. Jon Price officiating. Interment will follow at Mt.
