Bobby Cosey

Mr. Bobby Lamar Cosey, age 88, of Villa Rica, passed away, Thursday, January 10, 2019. He was born June 5, 1930 in Thomaston the son of the late Mr. Chester H. Cosey and the late Mrs. Zelma Lee Rogers Cosey. Mr. Cosey worked as a Millwright for many years at General Motors. He served as a Shriner for many years. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank Wayne Cosey, George Herman Cosey; sister, Margie Louise Brumbelow.He is survived by his wife, Joyce Edwards Cosey of Villa Rica; daughter, Pamela Lynn Burdick of Carrollton; three grandchildren, Joel Brandon Burdick, Tadd Alan Burdick, Stephanie Leighann Sharp; ten great grandchildren, Rebecca Lynn Burdick, Amber Michelle Burdick, Bailey Grace Burdick, Bobby Wyatt Joel Burdick, Isaac James Burdick, Lindsey Hope Burdick, Taylor Annabell Jackson, Jonathon David Jackson, Madison Brooke Sharp, Kloe Leighann Jones; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, January 13, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Monday, January 14, 2019 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Bishop Keith Graham officiating.
