Bobby Franklin Holland

Mr. Bobby Franklin Holland, age 76, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 1, 2009 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. He was born September 14, 1932 in Polk County, Georgia, the son of the late Mr. James Willis Holland and the late Mrs. Hattie Hulsey Holland. He served in the United States Army and lived many years in Germany and Arizona. Mr. Holland worked as a fabric cutter in the textile industry. In addition to his parents, Mr. Holland was preceded in death by his brother, Hubert Holland. He is survived by his daughter, Marina Holland of Terre Bonne, Oregon; his son, Maik Holland of Marietta; his sisters, Shirley Stephens of Flagler Beach, Florida, Evelyn Leggett of Rockmart, Brenda Spain of Douglasville, and Imogene Mull of Felton; his brother, Billy Holland of Rockmart; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Sunday, May 3, 2009 at 3:00PM from the Church of Christ in Lithia Springs, Georgia with Mr. Charlie Prince officiating.
