Mr. Bobby Ray Moses, 61, of Bonaire, Georgia passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015. He was born February 13, 1954 in Norfolk, Virginia, the son of the late Mr. Elvin Moses and the late Mrs. Sarah Patterson Morse. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp having served during the Vietnam War. He worked as a police officer for Cobb County for many years. He enjoyed country music. He was devoted to family and friends. He was proud to have served his country as a Marine. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Butler. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Lynn Brown Moses of Bonaire; daughter, Amber Moses of Lithia Springs; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Steve Tillery of Destin, FL; brother, Charles Parker of Destin, FL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Sam and Faye Brown of Gainesville; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Mike Purvis providing the eulogy. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs with military honors provided by the United States Marine Corp Honor Guard.
