Bonnie Jean Barringer

Bonnie Jean Barringer, 83, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 7, 2025. She was born on February 1, 1942 in Greene County, Arkansas to the late Dona Mae Daniel and William Joseph Pillow.

Bonnie's life was filled with love and generosity - she was well known for her love of animals and bringing home strays of all kinds and giving them a safe, warm place to rest. Bonnie was a beacon of light to all who knew her, she was a true "people-person" who you could always count on to be there for you, no matter what. Her gentle, loving and light-hearted spirit will be remembered and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Winston Barringer; and her granddaughter, Jennifer.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Anthony "Tony" (Robin) Pankey; grandson, James Pankey; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Bonnie was cremated.
