Bonnie Kay Boggs Ragsdale

Mrs. Bonnie Kay Boggs Ragsdale, 47, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born on July 30, 1958 in Carrollton, Georgia. the daughter of Mr. Frank Malcolm Boggs and Mrs. Bonnie Eula Wilkens Boggs. She was a member of Midway Macedonia Baptist Church. Mrs. Ragsdale worked in the accounting department at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Mr. Larry Thomas Ragsdale of Villa Rica; two daughters and son-in-law Emily Ragsdale of Carrollton and Jessica and Chad Bell of Carrollton; her parents Frank Malcolm and Bonnie E. Wilkens Boggs of Villa Rica; one brother and sister-in law, Larry and Linda Boyd of Eclectic, AL.: one granddaughter Kaitlyn Nicole Bell of Carrollton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, June 23, 2006 at 11:00 AM from Midway Macedonia Baptist Church in Villa Rica, GA. with Rev. Todd Wright and Rev. Jeff Powell officiating. Musical selections will be rendered by Geoffrey Hardin, Kelly Ivey, and Rev. Ben Pilgreen accompanied by Patty Pritchard. Interment will follow at Midway Cemetery in Villa Rica.. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Ken Jones, Tony Entrekin,Jake Weitz, Mike Huckabe, Robert Bell, Mark Camp and Greg Boggs. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Hall, Rex Bell and Rev. Ben Pilgreen. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Thursday, June 22, 2006 from 5:00PM until 9:00 PM. Those desiring to do so in lieu of flowers may make contributions in Memory of Mrs. Bonnie Kay Boggs Ragsdale to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research 135 Bradford Square, Suite B, Fayetteville, Georgia 30215.
