Brenda French

Mrs. Brenda Smith French, 67, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, July 4, 2016. She was born July 29, 1948 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. James Sanders Smith and the late Mrs. Elvie Maude Smith. She retired from the Norfolk Southern Railroad following 34 years in the customer service department. She was a caring and sweet lady who loved her family and friends dearly. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and camping. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters, Sheila Bailey and Sharon Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Steve Ford French of Douglasville; son, Neal Williamson of Hermitage, TN; sister, Cathy Smith of Seffner, FL. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Thursday, July 7, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Graveside Services will be conducted Friday, July 8, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn. Inurnment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
