Brenda "Gail" Beck

Brenda "Gail" Beck, age 72 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021. She was born Thursday, September 15, 1949 in Newnan, Georgia, the daughter of the late Clifford J. Hudgens and the late Emma Louise Pitts Hudgens. She is also preceded in death by her husband Wayne T. Beck; brother, JC Hudgens and sisters, Janice Smith and Glenda Kuntz. Mrs. Beck is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Grove of Douglasville, Georgia; Grandchildren, James Andrew Mackay, Christopher Wayne Mackay, Kayla Marie Grove, & Summer K Millirons; Great Grandchildren, Caliann, Chandler, Maverick, Asher, & JJ; sisters, Elizabeth Hudgens, Pauline Parker, Mary Ann Sessions and Deborah Pinson along with numerous nieces and nephews. "Grandma's" world was her family, most especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a daily part in their lives. She was strong and giving to all, and she enjoyed the banter with friends and family as a Georgia fan. Due to COVID, the family will host a memorial to be announced at a later date.
