Brenda Faye Pritchett, 66, a woman with a huge personality and a love for life, passed away on January 19, 2024. She was born on October 7, 1957, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Mr. Farris Branson Pritchett and the late Mrs. Betty Jane Cruse Sodeikes.
Brenda was known for her infectious joy and vibrant spirit. She had an incredible zest for life and brought happiness wherever she went. With her welcoming nature, Brenda never knew a stranger and her most cherished relationship was with her caregiver, Debbie. One of Brenda's greatest passions was food. She had an undeniable love for sweets and could often be found indulging in her favorite treats. Her fondness for $1 bills was well-known among those close to her. Brenda enjoyed collecting them as a fun little quirk that brought her amusement. When it came to meals, Brenda always had a favorite: a mouthwatering cheeseburger with fries and an ice-cold large drink.
In addition to her parents, Brenda is preceded in death by her twin-sister, Linda Pritchett.
Brenda is survived by her caring sister, Michelle (Derrick) Kloski; brother, David Sisson; nieces and nephews, Dwayne, Jeremy, Kylee, and Savannah; several great-nieces and nephews and her beloved partner, Ronald McComb, also mourns the loss of his soulmate.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Chapel - Douglasville, with Dr. Jim Grieme officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Gardens of Memories in Douglasville.
