Bruce Long

Mr. Bruce Kenneth Long, 63, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016. He was born July 15, 1953 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of Mrs. Jerri Williams Long and the late Mr. Ernest Long. He worked as a carpenter at Abrams Fixtures and was a Christian by faith. He enjoyed taxidermy work, knife making and spending time outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Peggy Webb Long of Villa Rica; son, Jason E. Long of Villa Rica; his mother, Jerri Williams Long; sister and brother-in-law, Ernette and Charles Riggs of Ohio; many nieces and nephews. According to the family’s wishes, his body was cremated.
