Buner Floyd O'Kelley

Buner Floyd O’Kelley, age 69, of Douglasville, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023. He was born September 14, 1953 son of the late Mr. Frank Raymond O’Kelley and the late Mrs. Laura Ruth Sinyard. Buner was a jokester at heart. He could cheer anybody up and he never let anything get him down.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Raymond O’Kelley; sisters, Ruby West, Faye Rice, Christine Self and Mildred Arrington.

He is survived by his wife Kathy O’Kelley; daughters, Misty (Matthew) West of Douglasville, Amanda (Sam) Jarrard of Lithia Springs; son, Jonathan O’Kelley of Douglasville, grandchildren, Matthew Franklin, Andy West, T.J. Summerville, Laura Barrett, Sarah Barrett, Christopher Barrett and Kayla Jarrard; great grandchildren, Abrianna Franklin, Addie Franklin, Brantley Franklin and Blaze Love; several nieces and nephews.

According to Mr. O’Kelley’s wishes he was cremated, no services planned at this time.
