Carl Eugene Register, 54 of Douglasville passed away, Friday, July 13, 2018 . He was born Aug. 4, 1963 in Decatur, GA the son of the late Clinton Eugene Register and Mrs. Jeannetta Whatley McKinney. He was retired from the United States Navy. He loved all genres of music and loved playing horseshoes. He had a deep faith and was very devoted to his Bible. He was a member of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his daughter and fiancé (son in law) Cayla Register and Will Belltran of Temple, mother and Step father, Mrs. Jeannetta and B.J. McKiney of Carrollton, Sisters, and brothers-in-law, Becky Lindsay and Danny Payne of Douglasville, Rhonda McLeod and Jeffery Thompson of Douglasville and Shannon McKinney of Carrollton, brother and sister in law, Clint and Sherry Register of Douglasville a number of nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home and Crematory Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 10:30 AM until 12:00 Noon. Graveside services will be conducted, Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 12:30 PM from the Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Military honors by the United States Navy.
