Cathy Lynn May

Cathy “Lynn” May, of Villa Rica, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. She was born on September 28, 1972, the daughter of Gilbert and Judy Blankenship.

Lynn was a kind person who enjoyed life to the fullest. She enjoyed cooking, playing Bunco and Canasta, and watching her favorite movies, Tombstone and Point Break. Lynn also liked to listen to music, especially INXS and Pearl Jam. She enjoyed spending time with her four fur-baby dogs, Rex, Zoey Gigi and Bear.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald John May; sisters, Cindy White and Hope Green (Paul) all of Carrollton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 PM on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel.
