Mr. Chad Roy-Lee Wallace, age 28, of Carrollton, passed away, Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He was born October 2, 1988 in Lithia Springs the son of Mr. Jerry Lee Wallace and Ms. Cherry Lynn Sutton. Mr. Wallace graduated from Alexander High School in 2007. He worked as a Diesel Mechanic for Penske for about five years. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and playing baseball with Jackson, snuggling with Madilyn and most of all spending time with his wife and children. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Jeanette Sutton and Jack Mooney. He is survived by his wife, Latasha Clay Wallace of Carrollton; son, Jackson Wallace of Carrollton; daughter, Madilyn Wallace of Carrollton; father, Jerry Lee Wallace of Douglasville; mother, Cherry Lynn Sutton Wallace and step-father, Jeff Mooney of Douglas County; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Robert Murphy of Fruithurst, AL; grandparents, Roy Lawson Wallace and Bonnie Jean Wallace of Douglasville, and Dean Mooney of Douglasville; nieces and nephews, Brandon Masters, Owen Webb, Emily Webb, Brandon Murphy, and Kaleb Murphey; Aunts, Lynn Wallace Thomas of Douglasville, Holly Keaton of Mansfield, OH; Uncles, Jeff Sutton of Mansfield, OH, David Mooney of Douglasville; cousins, Bridgit Tolentino, Megan Beauchamp, Samantha Greten, Ashley Keaton, and Michael Butler; mother and father-in-law, C. B. and Pam Clay of Carrollton; sister and brother-in-law, Aaron and Ashley Masters of Bowdon; several extended family members also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Agan officiating. Interment will follow at Melrose Hills Memorial Gardens. The following will serve as pallbearers, Chad Waters, Aaron Masters, Kaysh Daniel, Kyle Webb, Charles Webb, Robert Murphy, Ralph Wallace and Bridgit Tolentino. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to a College Fund for Jackson and Madilyn.Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
