Charles "Charlie" Wayne Acklin

Mr. Charles “Charlie” Wayne Acklin, 15, of West Ranchette Road, Temple, Georgia passed away Thursday, December 8, 2005 at his residence. He was born August 16, 1990, in Carroll County, Georgia. He was the son of the late Jimmy Clyde Edwards and Mrs. Denise Wright Acklin. Mr. Acklin was of the Baptist faith. He was freshman at Temple High School and played baseball and football for Temple Recreation Department. In addition to his father, Mr. Ackin was preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Survivors include his mother, Denise Wright Acklin of Temple; his sister, Cathlene Acklin of Temple; his brothers, James Edward Ball of Temple and J. C. Edwards, Jr. of Temple; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive. Memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 at 7:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Larry Argo officiating. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Tuesday, December 13, 2005, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
