Charles Hanson

Mr. Charles Randy Hanson, age 65, passed away, Friday, December 8, 2017 from injuries sustained in an accident during Friday’s snow storm. He was born September 26, 1952 the son of the late Mr. Charles Franklin Hanson and Mrs. Reba Joyce Chandler Hanson. Randy spent his work life as a trim carpenter and butcher. He served as a Scottish Rite Mason. He enjoyed coaching T-ball, baseball, softball and football. He also enjoyed watching wrestling and enjoyed his time on the golf course with his buddies.He is survived by his wife, Patricia Millians Hanson of Carrollton; daughter and son-in-law, Natalie and Terry Webb of Temple; son and daughter-in-law, Chuck and Britany Hanson of Villa Rica; sister, Joyce Millians and Jon Stamps of Temple; three grandchildren, Shana Hulsey of Statesboro, Dylan Webb of Temple, Brison Payne of Villa Rica; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 5:00 until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Puckett and Rev. Mike Powers officiating. Musical selection will be provided by Mike Gibbs. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
