Mr. Charles Keith Harrell, age 73, of Douglasville, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023. He was born on March 21, 1950 in Live Oak, FL to the late Mr. William Teaford Harrell and the late Mrs. Ruby Elizabeth Harrell. Charles was a man of the Baptist faith and had many passions and interests. His love for fishing, golfing, and bowling brought joy to his life. One could always find Charles planning his next adventure. Traveling held a special place in his heart as he enjoyed exploring new places. A lifelong fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, Charles's loyalty to his team was unwavering. Although Charles had many interests that enriched his life, nothing compared to his love for his family. They were at the center of his universe, bringing him immeasurable happiness and fulfillment.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, William Teaford Harrell; sister, Ruby Beth Harrell.
He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mrs. Barbara Harrell; son, Dr. Bryan K. Harrell and daughter in law Erin Hamrick Harrell of Douglasville; grandson, Landon Montgomery Harrell; brother, Marvin Eugene Harrell of Moultrie; sisters in law, Letitia Taylor (Ronald) Ricketts of Lilburn and Laura Taylor (Gabriel) Romero of Tucson, AZ: and several nieces and nephews.
